1. Acceptable Use of Services

You agree to use Wheretools only for lawful data processing and file consolidation purposes. You must not upload files containing malware, malicious scripts, illegal material, or content that violates intellectual property rights.

2. Service Availability & Limits

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to enforce file size limits (default: 50MB per file) and rate limits to ensure fair server resource distribution.

3. Limitation of Liability

Wheretools and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, server downtime, or file processing errors. Users are encouraged to maintain backup copies of their original datasets.

4. Intellectual Property

All software engines, design assets, trademarks, and documentation on Wheretools remain the exclusive property of the platform. You retain full ownership of all data files you upload.
