The moment your files upload, Wheretools performs byte-level analysis to detect file formats, character encodings, CSV delimiters, header rows, and total record counts.
Step 3: Intelligent Column Mapping
Our algorithm extracts column names across all datasets and suggests unified header mappings (e.g. matching "Email" to "E-mail Address"). You can manually edit or rename target headers as needed.
Step 4: Data Cleaning & Deduplication
Enable automated options to trim leading/trailing whitespace, eliminate completely blank rows, normalize text cases, or purge duplicate records across key column fields.
Step 5: Preview & Instant Export
Examine a live 15-row preview table of your consolidated dataset. Choose your preferred output format (CSV, XLSX, JSON, XML, TSV, YAML) and click to download your clean file.
